What it does in your home
The inside of every piece is a honeycomb of stainless steel ridges with a ceramic non-stick coating in the cells. Food rests on the coating and slides off; a fork, a whisk or a sponge touch the steel, so the coating is not worn away the way it is on an ordinary non-stick pan.
Every piece has a 5-layer base with a magnetic outer layer, the small 16 cm saucepan included, so the whole set works on induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs. The heat spreads to the rim, so a medium or low flame is enough.
The set covers everyday cooking and the Sunday meal: two frying pans, a deep sauté pan, two saucepans with a long handle, a 5.7-litre pot and a tall 8-litre stockpot, with a steamer insert that fits both big pots. The glass lids have a steel rim and a steam vent, the riveted steel handles are shaped to stay cool on the hob, and two felt protectors keep the pans from scratching when you stack them. Two silicone utensils come with the set, and as a gift a third 28 cm honeycomb frying pan with five silicone utensils in a holder. Every piece is covered by the 24-month legal guarantee.

My old pans all stuck after a year. With these the omelette slides off and I just wipe the pan with a sponge. The big pot is perfect for sarmale on Sunday.

I cook for myself and I always burned things. Now on a low flame nothing sticks. The handles stay cool, I take the pan off the hob without a cloth.
