Send us a message about anything: every message gets a written answer you can keep. If it is about an order, add its reference so we can find it straight away.

For every order, on this site and on its product pages in your language, WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED:

• Built this website and runs it.
• Runs its advertising and its Google Ads campaigns, holds the advertising accounts in its own name and pays for them.
• Buys the goods it sells and owns the stock it ships.
• Takes your order and confirms it with you by phone, from its own call centre, before anything leaves.
• Packs the parcel and hands it to the courier or postal operator in your country.
• Collects the payment on delivery, through the courier.
• Handles returns and refunds.
• Answers for the legal guarantee.
• Is the controller of your personal data.

There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator. Where a service provider works for WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, it acts on its instructions and sees only what its task needs: see the privacy notice.
