Who the contract is between
The seller is WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, with its registered office at Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. You can reach it at support@homesaveexpress.com. Details on the company page.
The buyer is you, as a consumer: a person ordering for their own household and not for a trade or business.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to every order placed on homesaveexpress.com, including the product pages in local languages that belong to this site. They go together with the pages they point to: delivery, paying on delivery, right of withdrawal, returns and refunds and the privacy notice.
- You must be 18 or over to place an order.
- We deliver only to addresses in the countries listed on the delivery page.
Products and pictures
Each product page says what the item is, what it does, its main measurements and what comes in the box. The pictures show the item itself. Colours can look a little different on a screen, and anything placed around the item in a photo is not included unless the page lists it.
If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered it, we tell you on the confirmation call. You pay nothing, and you can choose something else or simply cancel.
Prices
- Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies.
- Delivery is free: nothing is added to the price of the goods.
- The price that counts is the one shown when you place the order. We confirm the total on the phone before dispatch.
- In Poland, Romania, Hungary and the Czech Republic the courier collects the equivalent amount in local currency. We tell you the exact figure on the call.
If a price on the site is plainly wrong, with a digit missing for example, we tell you on the call. You can then order at the correct price or cancel. You are never asked to pay the wrong amount.
How an order becomes a contract
Step 1
You send the order form
This is your offer to buy. The order reference shown on screen confirms that we have received it; it is not yet our acceptance.Step 2
We call you
Within one working day of your order, we call to check the items, the address and the total.Step 3
The contract is made
When you confirm on the call, we accept your offer. At the latest, the goods leaving our hands counts as acceptance.
Until the contract is made, either of us can drop the order without any cost. We may decline an order, for example when the address cannot be reached or the details are plainly false; if we do, we tell you, and nothing is owed.
Payment
Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed to you. Nothing is paid on the site, no payment details are asked for, and there is no deposit or advance payment. See paying on delivery.
Refusing a parcel at the door ends the order. Nothing is owed.
Delivery
Delivery is free. We hand the parcel to the courier or postal operator in your country within 1–2 working days of the confirmation call, and the journey takes 3–7 working days. The details are on the delivery page.
The goods become your responsibility when you, or someone you have named, take them from the courier. Until then, any loss or damage is ours.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The return postage is yours to pay unless the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, and the refund is made by bank transfer. The full rules and the model form are on the right of withdrawal page.
Legal guarantee
All goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery, or longer where the law of your country says so. For a fault you are entitled to a free repair or replacement or, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund. See returns and refunds.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering goods that match the contract, and for the legal guarantee.
We are not responsible for harm caused by using a product against its instructions or for a job it is not made for, or for losses nobody could have foreseen when the order was made.
What we never limit
Our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, under the product liability rules of your country, or in any other case where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, write to support@homesaveexpress.com with your order reference. We answer within 2 working days and do our best to put it right.
If our answer does not settle it, you can take the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body, such as a consumer mediation or arbitration service, in your own country. The European Consumer Centre of your country can tell you which body fits your case. You can always go to court as well.
Personal data
We use your details to confirm, deliver and look after your order. The privacy notice explains what we collect, who handles it, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us.
Law and courts
These terms and every order are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, this choice of law does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows the current version. Your order is governed by the version published on the day you placed it.
